Yes, our drivers will contact you five minutes before they arrive. Please remember to leave your phones on so that you will not miss their call.
We do our best to ensure that your driver arrives within 20 minutes. Please be aware that at peak times during the evening, the wait time may be slightly longer.
Yes, our drivers will go wherever you want them to. If you have several guests going to different addresses, you can request for multiple drop off locations.
Yes you may. We do not charge for stops at banks or ATMs. We charge Fifty-Five(55) cents per minute for all other stops such as fast food restaurants or pick ups.
